ORC meets the needs of its customers through the deployment of a modern industrial infrastructure, fully equipped trawlers and a team of highly qualified professionals. The strictest quality control is ensured right from the time the catches are hauled on to the boat.
The fresh catch is sorted for different sizes, processed, fresh-frozen and packaged according to the grades. On-board processing minimizes handling time and ensures quality fresh frozen product.
Back on shore, we have large cold room storage facilities, which maintain a minimum temperature of -20 C. Our processing plant also has top-of-the-line infrastructure to pre-process, process, pack and store the products hygienically.
The products undergo a whole host of microbiological and organoleptic tests at the modern lab facilities in our plant. Only then they are deemed ready to be shipped to destinations around the world.
