Within our Local Content Plan we rely heavily on the Technology Acquisition & Knowledge Transfer Plan which is aimed at giving local personnel on-the-job training, experience and certifications in order to increase the ratio of local resources in projects awarded. These trainings and hands-on experience occurs both locally and on the facilities of our technical partners abroad so as to give our personnel a competitive edge in the industry.
